Our Client  is a State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) – Holding Company which is engaged in the fertilizer industry, petrochemical and agrochemical, steam (hot steam) and electricity, transport and distribution, trading and EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of economic models for the analysis of company's payout projects and New  project.
• Preparation of business proposal for submission to shareholder and of analysis reports.
• Communicating to the stakeholder to assemble all the requirements.
• Supporting the timely completion of all presentation materials for the montly/quarterly Board Meetings.
• Supporting the Head of Project Evaluation and Reporting in finalizing the presentation material and reporting it to Project Evaluation & Reporting Senior Manager and to the Director for their review.
• Preparing capital budget for the company.
• Reporting it to Manager, Project Evaluation & Reporting and to Senior Manager or Director for their review.
• Preparation and circulation of Budget Calendar, meetings schedules, target timelines.
• Co-ordination of CCA and Capex Budgets.
• Preparation of Cost Variance analysis (Budget Vs Budget, Budget Vs Reforecast, Budget Vs. previous years).
• Preparation of Budget presentations.
• Liaising with Finance department.
• Reviewing the CAPEX/OPEX with Head, Project Evaluation and Reporting.
• Developing/reviewing certain company agreement with stakeholders.
• Preparing various reports (Shutdown, Lost Profit Opportunity, Capacity Utilization, Monthly Metrics, Company Goals Tracking & Quarterly, Cost Analysis Reports).
• Preparing Benchmarking Studies.

The ideal candidate must have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Engineering.
• A Post Graduate Degree and Certifications (CA/CPA/ACCA) is preferred.
• 10-15 years of experience in the field of Strategy and Business Planning, out of which 5-10 years should be "analyst" level experience in the Petrochemical Industry, Manufacturing or Oil & Gas Industries.
• Proficient in English language.
